The front desk operates from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 5 PM on weekends. The historic building has no elevator.

Check-in outside reception hours requires advance notice. Late check-out incurs a fee of CAD 20 per hour. A CAD 250 fee applies for smoking violations.
